1. 100-Night Sleep Trial
At Freedom Mattress, we want you to love your new mattress! That's why we offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress within the first 100 nights, you can return it for a full refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (573) 881-1864 within the 100-night trial period. We will guide you through the process and arrange for a mattress pickup. The mattress must be in donatable condition (no significant damage, stains, or odors) to be eligible for a return.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned mattress, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that any shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer, we also offer the option to exchange your mattress during the 100-night trial. Contact our customer service team to discuss exchange options.
5. Limitations
The 100-night trial and return policy are limited to one return or exchange per household per year. This policy is only valid for original purchasers of the mattress from Freedom Mattress and is non-transferable.
6. Warranty Claims
Varies depending on mattress. Warranty will be provided by mattress manufacturer.
