Damaged or Defective Products

Shipping Charges and Delivery

Upon placing your order, the product will be shipped to the 'shipping address' specified during checkout. Please ensure any changes to the shipping address are made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Non-Receipt of Delivered Products
In cases where a product is marked as βdeliveredβ but you haven't received it, please contact us within 30 days of the stated delivery date.
Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
The risk of loss and title for products passes to you once we hand over the products to the delivery carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx). In the event of damaged or lost shipments, it is your responsibility to file claims with the respective carrier.
